National Diet Library - books on Japan
"Books on Japan" on the web provides bibliographic information of books on Japan in Western languages processed by the National Diet Library (NDL) in and after 2002 on a quarterly basis (issued in January, April, July and October).

Japan Documentation Center bibliographic database - contains "over 5,000 items that includes source materials in fields such as economics, commerce and industry, law, politics, the environment, and social conditions"
